Scientists could make "Bio-Organic weapons. they are completely different from other bioweapons.They are not viral agents, instead they are artificial beings that were made for combat, like the one made by Umbrella Corperation in the Resident Evil saga, and the ones made by Andross in Star Fox. They could prove a more efficient alternative to viruses. DARPA should make a deal with the umbrella organazations in the U.K. and form Umbrella Corperation, after the fictional company of the same name.
