    The VIP toilet is somewhat pointless. If you really want to go green, go with a composting toilet. They also suck air into the toilet. Although they do it to maintain optimal oxygen saturation of the compost, a nice side effect is that the odors are also sucked away. Much more green than a water hog and a waste of perfectly good manure.

    Water powered? A google search suggests that the clock is actually powered by an inbuilt battery that simply uses the water as the connection between the anode and cathode.. not really "green".
