    the article says tht more active the kid is more melatonin it produces and thus longer it will take to reach puberty. I guess that s right because am one such case.I have been very active in my childhood .I am 20 years old and i have not attained puberty .

    Whether sedentary lifestyles are part of the cause or not, people need to exercise more than they do now anyway. Our bodies are meant to be challenged.

    not attaining puberty by the age of 20 is not normal, i don't think. I am not a professional, but from what i know, most children are active and they play around until they are tired, and usually they sleep early cause of that.
