We are currently seeking a postdoctoral researcher with background and expertise in molecular modeling and simulation of nucleic acids to advance this state-of-the-art in computational modeling of high molecular weight nucleic acid assemblies including the incorporation of dynamic DNA/RNA motifs, multi-way junctions, and programmed protein-DNA/RNA interactions.
