Expires: March 24, 2014
Requisition number: Neuronal Membrane Biophysics
Science jobs from MIT:
Our laboratory has developed several leading live-cell fluorescence imaging and analysis approaches to infer super-resolution macromolecular complex structure and dynamics at the cell surface plasma membrane. We are applying these approaches together with designer nucleic acid probes to interrogate neuronal synaptic molecular composition and dynamics.
We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher with diverse expertise in quantitative single-molecule fluorescence imaging, biochemistry, cell biology, and quantitative computational analysis of time-resolved fluorescence datasets. These skills will be combined to leading questions in neurobiology and membrane biophysics in collaboration with the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard.
For more information please e-mail your CV including list of publications and references to firstname.lastname@example.org using "Neuronal Membrane Biophysics Postdoctoral Position" in the subject line.
MIT is an equal opportunity employer that offers excellent pay, benefits, and a first-rate working environment.
