Customer Service Representative - German & English Speaking - Critical Care Medical Devices Salary: c. 37,000 EUR - Darmstadt - Germany

Are you a bilingual (German/English) Customer focussed individual? Would you like the opportunity to work with an international, growing and innovative Medical Device company at their HQ in Germany?

The company I am working with is a manufacturer of critical care and surgical equipment which is used daily on intensive care wards and in the operating department. Their customers are hospitals, doctors, surgeons and anaesthetists. The company has significantly grown in Germany and has doubled their customer facing roles in Europe over the past 2 years.

The role is working with the SAP program, dealing with external customer queries, assisting the field service personnel and sales & applications team. You will be the voice of the company and so your telephone skills and knowledge of German and English will need to be perfect.

The ideal person will have good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, living within commutable distance of Darmstadt and previous customer care experience.
