*2014-2015 Environmental Social Sciences Non-Tenure Track Lecturer Position*

The Environmental Studies (ENST) Program in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, California, periodically has a need for full-time and part-time non tenure track lecturers to teach in the undergraduate and graduate curriculum during the 2014-2015 academic year. (Fall term: August 16-December 31st; Spring term: January 1 through May 15th).

The Environmental Studies Program seeks candidates who can work well with both students and faculty, as some courses will be team-taught and/or include field components. We are currently seeking applicants with expertise and teaching experience in the following areas: energy and air sustainability, environmental statistics, introductory science, and similar courses at the undergraduate and master's levels.

Qualifications: Must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field at start of appointment and demonstrate teaching excellence in subject area. Relevant fields can include environmental policy and planning such as political science, international relations, or economics; the physical sciences such as chemistry, physics, earth sciences.
