Responsibilities:  Lead/co-lead a project team involved in lead generation and/or lead optimization projects iteratively designing novel molecules for innovative biological targets.  Lead teams using state of the art medicinal chemistry approaches allowing rapid and efficient target assessment, lead finding, structure activity-property relationship knowledge generation via multi-dimensional optimization.  Be responsible for leading projects from target assessment to clinical lead and candidate.  Be responsible for leadership, motivating and developing talents and appropriately rewarding outstanding performance.

Qualification:  A Ph.D. in chemistry and had prolonged education with complementary post-doctoral research studies in either organic synthesis or chemical biology.  Over 10 years of experience in medicinal chemistry in the pharmaceutical industry preferably with overseas experience. Strong track records of delivery of milestones/pushing project forward with clear contributions, problem solving and impact.
