A global supplier of Clinical Diagnostic instrumentation supplied into the laboratory is looking for a talented Field Service Engineers based in the Kent / East London / Essex area. The successful candidate will join a company with a long history and established reputation that spans worldwide. This excellent role is suitable for HNC or comparable qualified individuals based anywhere in the SE UK with an engineering background in Medical Instrumentation, Clinical instrumentation or high value print equipment .
Responsibilities include: To cultivate a positive rapport with the customer, demonstrating first class interpersonal skills in a courteous and professional manner at all times. To carry out electrical/mechanical fault finding of equipment. To carry out calibration of equipment. To organise and prioritise a continuously changing workload, ensuring that all customers' calls and enquiries are replied to. * To problem solve, combining initiative with a practical and logical approach to all aspects of the position.
Candidates from any area within the UK will be considered if they are willing to relocate, this excellent opportunity will suit someone with a solid electronics / engineering / biotechnology background and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in a Biotechnology High-Tech field, allowing an opportunity to work in a vibrant and growing team, while receiving an attractive salary package with bonus, company car, pension scheme, and generous holiday.
