    You told me I could read the 'full article' here. You lied. This is a black mark on Sci Am! I'd be firing some staff members, that's for sure. You've wasted my time. Bad idea. Sci Am was once a preeminent journal on scientific discoveries. Now it's much less than what it was. Shame on Editors and reporters both!

    Um, in a slightly less hysterical tone, I will agree with Quasimodo above that it is frustrating to read the tantalizing links, only to find the transcript unavailable. I get to SciAm via the Google widget, so by the time the transcript is posted a week later, the widget has forgotten (and by extension, so have I).

    Why do you, Steve Mirsky, not use in here the same "typewriter" that you used in the 60-Seconds (extrapolated) Science for mend equal error? You know! That with the title: Steve Ashley on the Coming Water Crisis. A typewriter, eh?
