Add CommentPodcasts are not downloading from iTunes. It's been over a week now, and none of the SciAm podacsts I subscribe to will download. Reply | Report Abuse | Link to thisI think he indeed means blue-collar. He's saying that the impact of all the blue-collar crimes (robberies, thefts, ...) pales into insignificance compared to the white-collar crimes that led to the economic mess we're in now - yet our law-enforcement efforts are 99% geared towards stopping blue-collar crime.
