The July 2012 issue of Scientific American has an article on this robot. How much did this obscene piece of technology cost? And what does it say about America's view of the future? Here we are heading for an environmental disaster, experiencing a water crisis, an energy crisis is in the making, and more, and what does DARPA do, they build a bl**dy running robot; what kind of future does that predicate? I don't want my children to have to cope with that kind of future, DARPA obviously just doesn't care.
