Crippled Argentine politician hopeful after stem cell treatment

A quadriplegic Argentine politician says quality of life is noticeably improved after receiving ground-breaking stem cell surgery earlier this year. Jorge Rivas was left wheelchair-bound and unable to speak after an attack by muggers five years ago.
