Volcano drone a hovering sentinel for future eruptions

University of Costa Rica scientists are developing a low-cost unmanned aircraft programmed to fly through volcano plumes to collect data and images. The researchers say the UAV could greatly improve prediction models of eruptions. Rob Muir reports.
