Since publishing an engraving and description of this wheel, we have received testimony 1 from certain reliable parties setting forth its good qualities. From the high source from ?which the recommendation comes, we feel confidence in commending the Baldwin wheel to any who may desire an economical water power. Prominent among those who have been ousted we may name Professor Schaeffer, Chief-Examiner in the Chemical Department.
