In the U. S. Circuit Court, Boston, Monday March 21st, in a suit at equity, plaintiff, Elias Howe, Jr., defendants, John Woolredge et al, the court granted a preliminary injunction against the use, sale, and manufacture of " Sin ger's Sewing Machines," and the -defendants were required to give bonds to account lor the use of the machines in case of a verdict for the plaintiff in the future trial at law.
