Institutional access to Scientific American and Scientific American Mind has been available on nature.com/scientificamerican since the launch of Scientific American as an institutional license. Content accessed at scientificamerican.com has formerly been intended for individual consumer use only.
However, in order to provide users with an enhanced experience and more intuitive customer journey, we have decided to align access methods for all customer types to Scientific American.
We recognize that our customers are diverse and naturally visit scientificamerican.com and we want to ensure they are supported in one place, whatever their access model might be.

First, please make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Edge. Update if necessary.
