Greg Tananbaum is the director of the Open Research Funders Group (ORFG), a collaboration of leading philanthropies committed to the open sharing of research outputs. In addition to founding and coordinating the ORFG, he has worked with a range of stakeholders over a two-decade career in open science, including Microsoft Research, the University of California, the American Institute of Physics, Public Library of Science and the American Heart Association.
