J. Mijin Cha is an assistant professor of urban and environmental policy at Occidental College and a fellow at the Worker Institute at Cornell University. Her research focuses on labor-climate coalitions and just transitions. She is a part of the Just Transition Listening Project research team, convened by the Labor Network for Sustainability.
