Jared Lorince is a third-year PhD student at Indiana University. His research focuses on how people search for information in Web environments, and he's especially interested in collaborative tagging systems and the decision-making strategies people use when deciding what and how to tag. He is also co-founder of the blog Motivate.Play, which explores issues at the intersection of the social sciences and games.
