Rukmani Vijayaraghavan is an NSF Astronomy & Astrophysics Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Virginia, Department of Astronomy. Rukmani is a theoretical and computational astrophysicist who studies the evolution of galaxies in massive groups and clusters. She is passionate about inspiring the next generation of girls to become scientists, while also working towards making the scientific enterprise be more feminist and intersectional.
