Susan B. Roberts is a senior scientist and director of the Energy Metabolism Laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University. She is also a professor of nutrition at the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts and a professor of psychiatry and staff member in pediatrics at the Tufts School of Medicine.
