Zahidul Alam is an infectious disease researcher. He earned his PhD in microbiology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Currently, he is working as a postdoctoral trainee at the Perelman School of Medicine, where his research focuses in understanding the role of host factor in bacterial infections.
