Lisa M. Stulberg is an associate professor of sociology of education at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. She is co-writing (with Anthony S. Chen) a book on the origins and political development of race-conscious affirmative action in college admissions. She has joined as a signatory on a few amicus briefs in support of retaining the consideration of race in college admissions.
