Making it more convenient and less painful would be a great start
Pam Cumming is director of women's health at Siemens Healthineers. One of her projects has been to ensure that women's mammography needs are at least in part met with comfortable and tailored care. One of the systems Cumming oversees is the MAMMOMAT Revelation, which offers personalized soft compression (so technicians are able to apply only as much compression as is needed to obtain optimal imaging results), soft paddles and even mood lighting.
