Food is one of the single greatest drivers of positive or negative health outcomes. Yet scientists are only now figuring out how it impacts the body on a molecular scale. The Science for Life series examines state-of-the-art advancements in epigenetics, personalized nutrition, and food science and how that research is powering the creation of healthier food for people and their pets.
