Consumers eager to grab LG's next Nexus smartphone can preorder the device from a seller on eBay.

Promising the 32GB Nexus 5 for $650, the seller, yoshio_221, seems confident that the phone will launch and that he'll be able to lay his hands on enough units to satisfy his buyers.

Anyone hoping to snag the 16GB version is out of luck, though. The listing for that model has already ended.

So, is this deal worth grabbing? The recipient of 100 percent positive feedback, yoshio_221 already convinced five people to buy the 16GB edition. So far, one person has bought the 32GB version, leaving four still available.

Reports have been flying lately that the Nexus 5 is on its way. The phone even popped up on Google Play last week before being taken down. The device will supposedly run Android 4.4 KitKat and is expected to cost anywhere from $299 to $399 for the 16GB model, with a 32GB version fetching $399 or more.

Neither Google nor LG have announced the coming of the Nexus 5, let alone revealed a launch date. Cautious buyers may want to wait for the official word before plunking down their cash.
