An injunction Was granted to restrain the city from proceeding with the railway 3 this injunction the aldermen despised, and now B they are to get paid for contempt of court i What will be the upshot we do not know, , The case is a singular one, and the results will no doubt be very interesting and edifying U t the Burgomasters.
