Susan Bratton is a seasoned healthcare executive with a range of operational, financial, and strategic experience. Susan founded Savor Health, a digital health company that empowers cancer patients with guidelines-based, precision nutrition interventions and guidance to manage and mitigate their symptoms to remain on their treatment regimen, improve outcomes, and feel better. Savor Health’s product, an AI-powered Dietitian-on-Demand—Ina (the "Intelligent Nutrition Assistant"), provides virtual SMS-based access to registered-dietician support. Susan is also co-author of The Meals to Heal Cookbook, which includes 150 unique — primarily plant-based — delicious recipes for cancer patients.
